Adam She is the Director of Operations for AMTC. He oversees the goals, scouting, and day-to-day operations of the company. Adam is a strong Christian leader, who combines faith and wisdom with extraordinary fairness. Frequently on the radio, Adam is expert in recognizing the qualities of stardom. Married to AMTC’s third-generation daughter, Lexy, Adam became the son that CSO, Carey Arban, always wanted. He and Lexy are now parents to AMTC generation #4, Jack!
